1. Agreement Parties

This agreement is entered into between Wenzhou Anxu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") and you ("user"). Please read and agree to all terms before using PractiHub. By registering or using the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.

2. Services

The Platform provides services for recording, sharing, and retrieving practical knowledge. Users can create and manage practice documents (POP), saving them privately or submitting them for public release; content submitted for public release is subject to platform review and becomes searchable and viewable by other users only after approval. The Platform also provides a REST API, the MCP protocol, and command-line tools, enabling AI Agents to access platform features via OAuth access tokens.

3. User Obligations

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Users shall not post content that: violates the constitution or laws; endangers national security; harms national honor; incites ethnic hatred; spreads superstitions; disseminates rumors; distributes obscene or violent content; insults or defames others; or is otherwise prohibited by law.

4. Account Management

Users must register with a phone number for identity verification. Users should safeguard their account credentials. Accounts inactive for 6 consecutive months may be suspended. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

Content published on the Platform retains the original author's intellectual property rights. By publishing, users grant the Platform a license to display, index, and distribute the content. Other users may not use platform content commercially without the author's consent.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform reviews content submitted for public release, though such review does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of the content; the Platform will take measures against illegal information upon discovery. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of published practice content.

7. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify this agreement. Changes will be published on the Platform and take effect upon publication.

Complaints and Reports

We maintain a complaint and reporting mechanism. Any signed-in user may report documents suspected of being illegal or harmful, infringing, or spam. Reports are verified by an administrator; verified content is banned hub-wide by content hash (no user, including the uploader, can retrieve it from this site), while dismissed reports leave the content visible. We make no commitment regarding the accessibility of banned content on the hub. Those who file malicious reports causing damage shall bear the corresponding liability. Reports and their handling records are retained as required by law and may be provided to regulatory and law-enforcement authorities upon lawful request.
